Depression is a common symptom of Traumatic Brain Injuries [TBI] or Acquired Brain Injuries [ABI]. The purpose of this senior level internship was to determine if there was any correlation in a decrease in depression symptoms and exercise among individuals with TBIs. Participants (n=4) completed pre- and post- surveys at the beginning and end of their workout program. 50% of the participants reported positive correlations between incorporating exercise into their routine as having a positive impact on their mental health.en-USHealthcare StudiesThe Phoenix Project: Rising From A Fallen PlacePresentationTraumatic Brain InjuryMental HealthExerciseAcquired Brain Injury
