The Holocaust Center of the North Shore Jewish Federation commemorates Yom HaShoah (Holocaust Remembrance Day) with a program held at Peabody Veterans Memorial High School, Peabody, Massachusetts. The video includes the Survivors' Candle Lighting Ceremony, Yom HaShoah Poem by Sonia Schreiber Weitz, Welcome by Rabbi Samuel S. Kenner, Greetings by Dr. Edward Braun, Greetings by Peabody Mayor Peter Torigian, Interfaith Service (Cantor Sam Pessaroff, Temple Ner Tamid, Peabody; Father Richard Fitzgerald, St. John's Church, Peabody; Reverend Beth Loughhead, First Baptist Church, Beverly; Rabbi Philip Aronson, Temple Beth Shalom, Peabody) Keynote by Rev. Dr. Marvin Wilson; Holocaust Center Service Award presented by Harriet Tarnor Wacks, and the singing of the "Star Spangled Banner" and "Hatikvah" in unison to close. Musical Rendition by Gordon College Women's Choir under the direction of Elizabeth White.
