Abstract
"The figures show the drop in voltage per hundred feet of track. This data was gotten from measurements along sections of track, the length of these sections being for the most part over 1000 feet and in the majority of cases about 1500 feet in 1898 and about 2400 feet in 1899. When the readings fluctuated the maximum size was taken for the calculation" Shows the location of streetcar tracks and power stations of the West End Street Railway Company and the power voltage drop along them as of 1898 and 1899. Taken from the appendix of an unnamed volume relating to the West End Street Railway. Called "Diagram II, appendix E".
