Abstract
The Holocaust Center of the North Shore Jewish Federation hosts the human rights awareness conference "Say No to Hate" at Salem State College. This video shows the conference opening, with Welcome by Rabbi Samuel Kenner, Greetings by Neil Cooper (President of the Jewish Federation), Greetings by Dr. Robert McAndrews (Salem State), Introductions by Sonia Weitz (Holocaust Center), and keynote speech by William S. Parsons (Director of Education for the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum). At the one hour mark, the video transitions into a workshop by Sonia Weitz in which she focuses on using the history of the Holocaust as a vehicle to teach tolerance and empower young people.
