SV189 — Nelson Dionne Collection. View of the Witch House in Salem, Mass., toward its front at 310 Essex Street as the place looked in the late 19th century. The home served as a tourist site with an apothecary shop, which occupied the (since-demolished) annex visible in front. A sign for William T. Servey's umbrella business is also visible above the front entrance gate; it appears that he had the business on the premises. Published by G.K. Proctor, 206 Essex Street, Salem, Mass., c. 1870.
