Abstract
This presentation discusses a current survey research study that is investigating the use of spirituality to facilitate increased meaningful occupational engagement in occupational therapy practice for adults with traumatic brain injury in community settings. Implications are to increase awareness of spirituality within the profession's broad and holistic scope of practice and to ultimately maximize treatment for the target population surrounding identity loss and decreased participation by enhancing spirituality-related assessment and intervention options.
