Abstract
SV299 — Nelson Dionne Collection. Aerial view looking toward the North River at the Eastern Railroad tracks, which appears to have been taken from the back of one of the courthouses on Federal Street. Train cars are visible along with the "Lowell & Northern R.R. Depot" building, owned by that railroad. The tracks cross over a causeway in the river; the body of water to the right, called St. Peter's Basin, has since been filled in.
